   Here's what's covered in the LifeTime Warranty:

The Tank, Multi port Valve, internal and external pipe work is guaranteed to be free from defects and should these items ever fail during the LifeTime of the original purchaser at the original installation site of the original purchaser, they will be replaced free of charge to the original purchaser. 

  Excluded from the LifeTime warranty are gaskets and seals which are guaranteed for 2 years from date of purchase. Bead Agitator is warranted for 1 year from purchase.  Freezing of the Tank, Multiport and pipework is not guaranteed and shall void the warranty.

  Responsibility for shipping costs to our factory rests with the original purchaser.
